Recognition & Rewards Committee
PURPOSE: The Recognition & Rewards Committee is responsible for identifying and developing recognition and reward practices for FONE members in the collaboration with the FONE Board.
Awards and recognition programs will focus on the diversity of the members. Categories of awards may include leadership, education, research and other specialty practice areas. Committee members will create programs based on fair and objective recognition criteria. The committee will collaborate with other FONE committees in establishing specialty awards and recognition. The Committee is responsible for oversight of judging those candidates who are nominated for awards. Awards will be presented annually at the Fall FONE conference
OPERATIONS: The Co-Chairpersons of the Committee will be previous recipients of annual FONE awards.
MEETING FREQUENCY: The Committee meets monthly via conference call when developing programs and reviewing those candidates who have been nominated for awards.
MEMBERSHIP: Open to any FONE member with the interest in participating in the activities of the committee.
